Knowledge Management is an interesting subject,well a very interesting subject. It is also amongst the most elusive and difficult things to implement anywhere, and the larger the target audience gets the more challenging. Being relatively new to this field i though i’d use this blog to put down my thoughts on what i’ve experienced with KM , a couple of interesting articles out there and well, any discussion you guys might want to start up.
