It requires a huge cultural shift in thinking to actually share your knowledge.</description>

Is knowledge a danger to the highest in status or importance?
Maybe we can more inspire others to learn and apply knowledge management positioning and understanding it also  as a domain of the art (something that people feel has value because it is beautiful and expresses ideas) ?</description>
