Thank you very much for provided opportunities.

Reflections:

You/me/they interacting with others (your community of one + other communities) can manage knowledge (tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, artefacts).
KM is about managing environment around systematic and organized actions managing knowledge production

To manage (Macmillan English Dictionary Online)
•	Succeed in doing something
•	Deal successfully
•	Organize and control
•	Be able to provide something
•	Be available fore something
•	Live on limited money

I think it might be possible that pupils of the first grade learn KM (PKM and OKM). What do you think about it?

In such a way schools can help and contribute also to corporate understanding.

The focus of this post was to determine the effect warped corporate understanding/implementation of the term "knowledge management" has on the individual.

What is attitude of people toward term KNOWLEDGE and how they personally understand and obtain knowledge from using and intertwining this term into tasks at hand... Derived from this might be an evolving way toward KM.
