I have an experience woking with Sharepoint V2 and I personally loved it. MOSS 2007 is not focused on KM needs of an organization rather MS is projecting it more like a document reposistory. Typically this approach of collaboration/Doucmnet sharing does not contribute towards the KM, rather a huddle in some cases where organization is scattered in pieces in terms of working departments and everyone needs a place to store/share their documents! Lack of browse options when inserting either an image or hyperlink (I really can't believe how they missed that one). 2. Lack of templates. 3. Inabaility to paste an image.
